Summary of our Returns policy
- You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
- If you change your mind, the product you received does not meet your expectations or you wish for a size exchange, please contact us.
- Except in case of arrangements made with our agreement, return costs are your responsibility.
- Please note that exceptions may apply to the return of certain personalized products, hygiene products and others.

- If you would like to return an item, send us an e-mail or message via our online store with your name, address, e-mail address, order number and what items are concerned.
- Ship items within 14 days from the date of notification.
- You are responsible for any damage. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the products properly packaged, undamaged and in the original box and packaging.
- It is mandatory to provide us a tracking number for the return package.
- If an item is shipped from abroad, make sure it is marked "RETURNED MERCHANDISE" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for all customs charges applied to the package.
- Unless otherwise agreed, you will be paid on the bank account associated with the order.
- If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the loss of value when refunding the product.
